After injuring my achilles tendon I found regular daily activities very difficult. Despite many doctors appointments and physio sessions, I continued to have discomfort and pain with every step I took. After 9 months of limping I was pretty discouraged and desperate. After speaking with Joanne I decided to try a session...besides what did I have to lose?... Considering I had never done anything like this before I must admit I was somewhat skeptical in the beginning however after the first session I began to feel a difference!
