Reiki is an energy healing modality that is non-invasive, gentle, and relaxing.  Reiki is able to release energetic blockages that create imbalances or dis-ease in you or your animal, and supports and activates the body's natural ability to heal itself.

Reiki is a holistic approach that affects the entire being, including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual, and helps to increae overall wellness.  Reiki treatments can do no harm, and complement all other forms of treatment, including medical, massage, acupuncture, physiotherapy, etc.

Reiki can help reduce fear, anxiety, pain, side effects from other forms of treatment, or more specific conerns.  It can help with recovery following injury, illness, surgery, and other procedures.  

As a proactive strategy, Reiki can be done before any procedures to help minimize recovery and side effects, as well as being done before any potentially stressful events (such as doctor/vet visits, moves, new additions to the family, etc.).

Reiki brings a deep relaxation, which allows the body to release toxins on all levels and brings about balance.  The deep relaxation allows the body to begin to heal itself, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
